Short Description

. Maintain and support the Quality Management according to IATF 16949. . Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy . Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations . Support and guide employees to enable them to work safely, comply with regulations, TE policies and specifications and on achieving environmental sustainability goals . Strive for continuous improvement of processes towards customer satisfaction . Measurement for Transfer and NPI according to Production Drawing . Plan reading, ISO rating analysis including GPS (geometric tolerances), ability to interpret a plan in space. . Drafting of measurement protocols, definition of calibration and verification methods . Layout Inspection for PPAP customer . Laboratory and shop floor equipment calibration . Perform routine technical tasks, including operating and maintaining equipment . Conduct analysis and experimental procedures . Perform day-to-day lab operations . Test samples during production Cooperates with . Cooperation with business team in the specific department and with other department according to the needs. . for new/updated processes and products Organization of external and internal sorting, in cooperation with the value stream owner and the quality manager, drive and define the quality improvement plan for the value stream to reach 4 and 5 TEOA star level.

Responsabilités et Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in quality or equivalent; . Years of Exp: 1+ years of Laboratory experience . Experience in automotive business . Experience with injection molding and assembly process advantageous
