Responsibilities: 1.The Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all Lab products through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers. 2. The Sales Manager shall play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to the Lab team. 3.The sales Manager shall also be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies for the company in all product range in the UAE market.Requirements 1.Education: Bachelor/Master Degree- Microbiology 2.Industry Type: Medical / Laboratory /Healthcare / Diagnostics / Medical Devices 3.Experience : Total 15-20 Years of Lab Experience with Minimum 5-10 years in UAE in the medical diagnostics field as Manager/Sr. Level position (coagulation, chemistry, Blood Gas Analyzers, serology, Infectious Disease, Point of care etc.) 4.Skills: Sales skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership skills, highest work ethics, Adaptability skills, Rapport building, Data Interpretation and Report preparations skills, Solid Communication skills (both written and verbal); Deep understanding of business principles and practices; Organizational skills; Analytical skills; Problem-solving skills; Computer skills; Presentations skills and multi-tasking abilities. 5.Candidate who has vast knowledge & Sales Experience in Laboratory medical diagnosis field and is very much familiar with UAE Health/medical industry both Government & Private sectors can apply.
