The Manager Facilities Engineer works in collaboration with the Global SOS Services team to ensure conformity to global laboratory processes, day-to-day management of laboratory resources and building a competent & engaged team.What you will do:Lead, manage, and develop team lead and lab technicians to assure quality standards are met. This includes but is not limited to employee performance management process, development planning and leadership of staff meetings.Ensure compliance to ISO9001:2014 internal certification requirements. Decisions made by this position have impact on the quality reputation of company products.Lead team to deliver on stated quality metrics (turnaround time, etc.)Oversee the execution of processes, plans, and tools that support the global fluid analysis process.Maintain budget and management of Capital expenses.Manage supply chain and inventory for laboratory processes.Lead the development and implementation of corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets.
