Job Position Summary

The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, promoting lab services & packages and fostering strong relationships with customers. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the market.

Reports to:

General Manager/ Operations Manager

Essential Job Duties

Develop new business opportunities and generate sales for our pathology laboratory services in the Abu Dhabi market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify and pursue leads, generating interest in our laboratory offerings.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the laboratory operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the laboratory services industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
