Responsibilities:
- Prepare and label samples for analysis according to established protocols.
- Conduct routine tests and experiments under the supervision of senior laboratory staff.
- Record and analyze data accurately, ensuring detailed and precise documentation.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including sterilizing equipment and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking laboratory supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support senior scientists and laboratory technicians with various tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
