• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Perform system installations, configurations, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server performance, networking, and security.
• Apply security patches and updates to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Active Directory & Network Services:
• Administer Active Directory (AD), including user account management, group policies, and organizational unit structures.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage third-party domain hosting services such as GoDaddy, including domain registration and DNS setup.
• Patching & System Updates:
• Perform regular patching of critical Windows systems, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Implement best practices for patch management to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure:
• Manage Hyper-V and VMware environments, including virtual machine creation, configuration, and optimization.
• Support and oversee cloud-based environments in AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, and related services.
• Backup & Storage Administration:
• Maintain and administer Veeam backup solutions, ensuring reliable data protection and recovery.
• Oversee and manage NetApp and Lenovo storage systems, including configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• General Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Continuously monitor and maintain system health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Provide support for daily server operations, including backups, system alerts, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Manage physical access control, biometric devices, and CCTV systems.

Requirements * 8-12 years of experience

• Built servers from scratch
• Proven experience in On-Prem Active Directory from 2008 to latest version and migration to AD Azure
• Expertise in Hyper-V and VMware Architecture.
• Strong experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with Veeam backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficient in administering NetApp and Lenovo storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with third-party domain hosting services, especially GoDaddy.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and storage-related issues effectively or collaborate and contribute wherever possible.
