Excellent Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company based in UAE.To be successful in this role you must have hands-on experience into Performance management and setting KPI\'s.Responsible to perform performance analysis, reporting for management review and action, strategic planning inorder to manage all departmental performance issues.Role Description:
Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs:
  • Monitor to see that Goals & KPI\'s are set for each employee in the organization as per the planned timelines and in accordance with the PMS - Goal setting guidelines - Balanced Score Card in coordination with Head HR.
  • Aligning the KPI\'s of each individual with the departmental goals & objectives.
  • To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Conduct organization wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in coordination with the department head.
  • Regular coordination with internal Audit team to ensure all documents are as per the external audit requirement.
