Monitor to see that Goals & KPI\'s are set for each employee in the organization as per the planned timelines and in accordance with the PMS - Goal setting guidelines - Balanced Score Card in coordination with Head HR.
Aligning the KPI\'s of each individual with the departmental goals & objectives.
To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Other Responsibilities:
Conduct organization wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in coordination with the department head.
Regular coordination with internal Audit team to ensure all documents are as per the external audit requirement.
