The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting a nutritious and appealing Korean menu, managing food inventory, and ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste. This role is pivotal in maintaining our standard of excellence in Korean culinary offerings. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute a nutritious and appealing Korean menu Plan purchases efficiently and communicate the list to the Head Chef. Inspect deliveries for quality and quantity, reporting any issues to the Head Chef. Aim to minimize waste and avoid overspending on groceries. Ensure high-quality display and taste of Korean dishes. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen equipment and serving areas, both before and after cooking and serving. Manage Korean food inventory, report monthly to the Head Chef, and request replenishment as necessary. Discuss and request any kitchen-related matters through the appropriate channels, including the Head Chef and Floor staff. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Qualifications: Certification in Culinary Arts, specifically in Korean dishes, is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of Korean culinary experience is required.Skilled experience in cooking and plating Korean dishes is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills.
