- Ensure international and cross-border shipments from origin to destination are arranged and completed on time and within budgeted cost
- Prepare quotations for specialized shipments
- Communicate and follow up with couriers, regarding shipments
- Prepare and execute all documentation in-line with customs requirements for each country of delivery
- Support on queries from LCS Coordinators, Project Managers, and Sales teams
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for accuracy of shipments and inventory control
- Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge of customs regulations, directives, and standards of MENA countries
- Expert knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service and client relations skills
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
