Co-ordinate travel arrangements for staff for their business trips and new employees hired outside U.A.E.
Assist in processing visa forms and obtaining visas from foreign embassies, including coordination with subsidiary/ regional staff to obtain letter of invitation
Provide information on customs regulations, required papers (passports, visas, and certificates of vaccination), and currency exchange rates to international travelers
Build strong working relationships with the travel agents, airlines, and hotels
Coordinate all aspects of the travel function and research on options to maintain an economical and efficient travel program along with the best quality service
Review travel associated invoices and statements for accuracy plus codes for accounts payable
Monitor and ensure compliance with the travel policy and procedures
Your profile
Strong working knowledge of the travel industry
Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent time management and communication skills
Team player
