Kitchen Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen appliances (ovens, refrigeration, fryers, dishwashers, etc.).
• Install and test equipment for safety and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults with minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards for gas, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain repair parts inventory and accurate maintenance records.
Skills & Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Problem-solving skills and understanding of workplace safety.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Certificate in electrical engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
• Gas safety or refrigeration certifications preferred.
Working Conditions:
• Exposure to heat, steam, and kitchen environments.
• May require shift work or on-call availability.
Preferred: Experience with brands like Rational, Hobart, or Carrier equipment and energy-efficient solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
