Job Description

To assist the management team in coordinating and controlling the kitchen, counter. Maintaining consistency and a high standard of quality, service and cleanliness in store.

Role Responsibility:



Ensuring effective staff positioning to handle anticipated sales. Deliver Gold Standards. Ensuring product quality and quantities. Monitoring PSE throughout restaurant. Training and developing staff as outlined by standard and above leader. Completing day to day checklist on the kitchen. Demonstrate high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness and set good examples of general conduct and leadership. Complete own supervisors training book including training on preparation. production. Responsibility for reporting personnel, operational, health and safety problems. Duties as directed or required by the manager running the shift.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 5 year's experience in F&B business - Kitchen area Ex casual dining kitchen team leader or supervisor Skillful in traning Skillful in inventories

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
