Our kitchen is at the heart of our hospitality, and we are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen.
• Assist with the proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations and storage areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Ensure that all dishware, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly. washed/ cleaned and sanitized.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain recycling protocols.
• Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
