Job Description

We are hiring a Kitchen Steward (Male) to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, assist in maintaining hygiene standards, and support the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize hot plates, barbecue grills, and associated tools after every use.
• Remove grease, residue, and burnt food particles using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, counters, and storage areas.
• Assist with waste management, including trash and recyclables disposal.
• Restock cleaning supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely delivery of clean utensils and cookware.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Must hold an own visa (mandatory)
