Job Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare dining areas : Ensure dining areas are clean and set up with tableware, condiments, and other necessary items before service begins.
• Assist in food and beverage service : Support the waiting staff by assisting with food and beverage service.
• Clear tables promptly : Clear tables after customers finish their meals and prepare them for the next customers.
• Clean and polish cutlery, glassware, and dishes : Ensure all dishware, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized properly.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness : Keep the kitchen area and equipment clean by following proper cleaning procedures.
• Assist in inventory management : Help with restocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Dispose of waste : Dispose of kitchen refuse and recycling according to waste management procedures.
• Support kitchen staff : Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience : 2-4 years of experience as a steward or in a similar role.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in hospitality is preferred.
• Skills : Good communication skills, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
• Physical fitness : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Customer service : Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide excellent service.
• Team player : Willing to work collaboratively with the kitchen and waiting staff.
• Hygiene standards : Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
