Job Description

The Chickster is looking for experienced kitchen crew members who specialize in

frying, grilling, and assembling burgers and wraps

. If you have worked in Dubai food industry and understand local quality standards and hygiene regulations, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Frying: Prepare, batter, season, and deep-fry chicken while ensuring quality and consistency.

Grilling: Cook burgers, chicken, and other grilled items to perfection.

Assembling: Expertly assemble burgers and wraps with precision, maintaining presentation standards.

Ensure food is cooked at the right temperature and meets safety guidelines.

Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

Follow Dubai Municipality food safety norms, HACCP standards, and quality regulations.

Assist in stock management, food preparation, and portion control.

Work efficiently during peak hours and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai food industry.

Experience in frying, grilling, and assembling burgers/wraps is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Dubai food safety regulations, HACCP, and hygiene standards.

Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments.

Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Team player with a strong work ethic.

Must be available for full-time work in Dubai.
