We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Staff. The successful candidates will play a vital role in assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities: Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes. Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste. Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by kitchen management. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
