We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our culinary team as Kitchen Staff. The ideal candidates will assist in various aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes. Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grills under the supervision of kitchen supervisors or chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Support kitchen team members in fulfilling customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with inventory management by stocking and rotating ingredients and supplies. Contribute ideas for menu development and participate in recipe testing as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and senior kitchen staff. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
