Job Description

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen premises as per HAAD standards /requirement ensuring health, safety and hygiene. Ensure availability of clean utensils, crockery, cutlery and other related kitchen items / equipment all time.

Accountabilities

• Operations: Ensure proper washing and cleaning of all the dirty utensils, crockery & cutlery items and also the items being used in food preparation. Arrange all the cleaned items in a proper order and ensures availability all times. Clear out all the waste / garbage collected in the kitchen. Ensure all the fridges, deep freezers are cleaned and maintained as per hygienic standards
• Tools & Equipments: Use the provided cleaning equipments as per guideline for best results. Ensure all components at the periphery of the work location are in good working condition and operational
• Safety: Observe safety rules defined for the equipment, instruments and products. Apply the directives and the safety rules to avoid any damage to the property or to self. Observe precautionary measures in using cleaning chemicals to avoid occupational hazards of washing and cleaning work Job Specific Information

Kitchen Porter will be closely working with the kitchen team. Will follow operational procedures as instructed by Supervisor

Qualification

• Secondary School Education Certificate.

Experience

• 1 year of experience as cleaner within kitchen environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
