• Customer Interaction : Assisting customers by creating personalized floral arrangements for special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays, while ensuring the arrangements are visually pleasing and of high quality.
• Upkeep and Maintenance : Ensuring that all floral arrangements and decorations are well-maintained and replaced when necessary, to keep displays looking fresh and vibrant.
• Trend Research : Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in floral arrangements and decorations to offer innovative and creative solutions for the company's events and displays.
• Setting Displays for Product Promotion : Creating visually striking floral or themed displays that highlight new products or seasonal promotions, ensuring they draw attention to the items being featured.
• Sustainability Practices : Using eco-friendly materials and methods where possible, ensuring the company's decorations are both beautiful and environmentally responsible.
