Role: Kitchen Helper
F&B department
Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and food items for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and properly.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and report any issues.
• Help with food portioning and plating as directed by the chef.
• Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients according to storage guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and maintain garbage area cleanliness.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the kitchen at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, ensuring food safety at all times.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
