Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Location: Ajman

Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time]

Salary: AED 1000 - AED 1200 per month (Food and Accommodation will be provided)

About Us: Thats It Foodbox is dedicated to providing healthy, delicious, and beautifully presented meals to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team and support our chefs and nutritionists in delivering top-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plating Dishes: Assist in the careful and precise plating of meals, ensuring each dish is presented according to our standards.
• Sanitizing Bags: Ensure that all delivery bags are properly sanitized before and after use to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Support Chefs and Nutritionists: Assist chefs and nutritionists in daily kitchen activities, including meal preparation, ingredient organization, and quality control.
• Dispatch Management: Take responsibility for the timely and accurate dispatch of meals, coordinating with the delivery team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and clear the plating area, ensuring that the kitchen workspace is kept tidy and organized.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, ensuring that all supplies are available and stored correctly.
• Reporting: Report directly to the chefs and nutritionists, providing updates on kitchen activities, inventory levels, and any issues that may arise.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the kitchen environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in plating and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
