Diagnose commercial cooking equipment performance through observation, testing, and setup.
Disassemble and re-assemble equipment to perform trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service of unit.
Lift, carry, pull, and push components and/or equipment to test, setup, or maintain equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
Well knowledge on electrical kitchen equipment (Dough mixers, dough sheeters, cooking equipment, food processors etc.)

Requirements

Basic knowledge in electric welding.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have an experience for atleast 2 years for maintenance
Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in equipment repair or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
