Kitchen Equip Tech
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, with a preference for those who have worked in shopping malls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Maintain a record of all repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician in a Facilities Management company.
• Experience in a shopping mall environment is an added advantage.
• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing various types of kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices related to kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
