Job Opening: Kitchen drawing estimator (3\+ Years)

Location: Sharjah,

About the Role:

We are looking for an Experienced Kitchen Drawing Estimator to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, materials, and labor for kitchen projects based on drawing plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen design, estimating, and construction, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications to produce accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze kitchen drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Estimate materials, labor, and other resources required for kitchen projects
• Prepare accurate quotations based on project scope and requirements
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure estimates align with client expectations and project budgets
• Maintain records of estimates and revisions, ensuring all data is up to date
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to clients when applicable
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotes
• Assist in managing project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Drawing Estimator or similar role in the kitchen design and construction industry
• Strong understanding of kitchen layout design, materials, and construction processes
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and kitchen drawings
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A background in interior design or construction is a plus
