Developing revised technical standards to optimize operational efficiency, colleague well-being, energy efficiency, space efficiency and delivering against Accor\'s ESG aspirations. Managing F&R Food Safety Program and liaising with appointed consultancy on the same.

• Develop & control templated area programming, food service designs, equipment specifications for both brands
• Comment on deviations and make recommendations on all submitted designs for pipeline and renovating hotels
• Assist hotels in identifying areas of optimizing design linked to improved financial performance
• Manage Food Safety Program for both brands
• Identify areas of opportunity for ESG program indicator improvement
• Assist COOs, RVPs, GMs, F&B / Culinary Teams to identify opportunities to maximize F&B returns on the basis of design enhancements, food safety practice and technological development
• Maintain relationships with owners, owning companies, investors, asset managers and hospitality advisors.
• Represent the Brand at global events and industry advisory groups.

Qualifications

• Senior Food Service Consultant
• Multi-agency or freelance experience
• Global project involvement
• 10/15 years Experience
• Inspiring and Motivating Leadership, Creative, Collaborative, Results Driven, Organized, Able to manage complexity and operate collaboratively. Strong commercial & financial acumen. Diplomatic & influential
