Job Description

Required Kitchen Cook for cafeteria

• Control food stock and food cost in his section.
• Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
• Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
• Responsible for maintaining food logs.

Requirements:

• Own visa preferred.
• Proven 1 year experience helping in kitchen settings.
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Immediate joining.

Malayalam preferred

Language: Hindi , Urdu English
