Job Title: Kitchen Steward/Cleaner Company: MKM Global Commercial Cleaning & Hospitality Location: Hotel Site, UAE Salary: - 28 Days Working: AED 900 per month - 30 Days Working: AED 965 per month Benefits: - Hotel-provided accommodation and transport - Two daily meals provided : MKM Global Commercial Cleaning & Hospitality is seeking a diligent and hardworking Kitchen Steward/Cleaner to join our team at a prestigious hotel site. As a Kitchen Steward/Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of both the hot and cold kitchens, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize hot and cold kitchen areas. - Clean and polish cookware, utensils, and surfaces. - Sort, organize, and store all utensils, cookware, and miscellaneous supplies. - Frequently empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces. - Separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease. Requirements: - Minimum of 6 months experience in kitchen cleaning/stewarding in a restaurant or hotel kitchen. - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
