We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Waiter cum Kitchen Assistant to join our bakery team. This role requires multitasking between front-of-house and back-of-house duties, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience while supporting kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: . Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently. . Serve food and beverages at the counter or tables. . Provide information about menu items and promotions. . Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. . Process payments and manage cash register transactions accurately. Kitchen Assistance: . Assist in food preparation, including baking, decorating, and assembling bakery products. . Ensure ingredients are properly measured and prepared. . Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. . Support chefs and bakers in daily tasks. . Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. General Duties: . Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, including washing dishes and utensils. . Restock shelves, refrigerators, and kitchen supplies as needed. . Assist in receiving and storing deliveries. . Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service areas. . Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: . Previous experience in a bakery, caf?, or restaurant is an advantage. . Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. . Strong communication and teamwork skills. . Friendly and customer-focused attitude. . Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks as required. .
