Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen or wardrobes Designer and estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, developing innovative kitchen designs, and overseeing the implementation of projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities:
- Gather and understand clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, goals, and budget constraints for each project.
- Develop conceptual kitchen designs and accurate cost estimations that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Produce detailede 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations using design software such as Infurnia, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Select appropriate equipment, fixtures, and materials based on functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the construction and installation phases.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and verify measurements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial kitchen design.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial kitchen design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Infurnia, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
