Qualifications:
- Qualification - \xef\xbb\xbfB.A in education or equivalent cache level 3- Western education.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an early years\' education teacher or similar in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable. Min 1 year of experience teaching in FS -1 or 2. At least 1 to 2 years of experience should be gained in a UAE school setting.
- Passion for Montessori Education: A deep understanding and belief in the Montessori philosophy and its positive impact on children\'s development.
- Patience and Empathy: The ability to empathize with young children and create a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth.
- Strong Observational Skills: The capability to observe children\'s behavior, interests, and progress to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
