Position: Kids Hairdresser (Female Only) Location: Dubai Festival City Mall Were a kids salon from Melbourne, Australia, famous for our kids trendy hairdressing, spa sessions, magical makeovers and braiding. Now, were opening a new branch in Dubai and we need amazing staff to join our team. Come be part of our team and help us make kids smiles even bigger! Roles and Responsibilities: As a Team Member at StarKids, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional services to children and ensuring that each young guest leaves feeling pampered and delighted. Your responsibilities will include:
- Kids Haircuts: All types of trendy haircuts for boys and girls
- Customer Interaction: Interact with young clients and their families in a friendly and engaging manner, listening to their preferences and ensuring a positive spa experience for everyone.
- Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, including sanitation practices and the use of non-toxic and child-friendly products, to create a safe and comfortable spa environment for children and staff.
- Knowledge of beauty and braiding is preferable.
- Previous experience in a kids salon, preferably with a focus on children's services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Passion for working with children and creating magical experiences for them.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate peak business hours.
- Hairdresser: 2 years (Preferred)
- Dubai (Preferred)
