This role entails ensuring the well-being, hospitality, and exceptional service provided to our younger guests during their stay, aiming to create lasting memories of their holidays.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:
- Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
- Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club and performing related administrative duties.
- Organize children\'s activities according to the Kids Club concept, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service.
- Handling kids club stock and managing available material.
- Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing tailor made activities for Kids.
- Assist on organizing kids experiences with other departments.
- Assist on coordinating child amenities and Kids Club gifts.
- Personalized childcare services (evening baby-sitting and toddler\'s daytime service)
- Organizing and accompanying the Kids for outdoor activities, swimming-pool activities and kids sports
- Observing young guests\' special requests and preferences.
- Ensure hygiene standards of Kids club are maintained at all times.
What We need from you:
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Must maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advance computer skills
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situation.
- The Russian language is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years\' experience on the same role a luxury or a 5-star hotel
- Ideally a certificate or vocational training in kindergarten/children care related field will be a plus point.
- Ability to administer first aid to a younger guest whenever is necessary.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
