Operations Assistant
Bahrain based company with international operations looking for an Assistant in Operations where candidate can excel in their interpersonal and professional skills in a fast and goal-oriented environment. Should be fluent in English language and knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Mail management
• Assisting the Manager with daily operations
• Attend meetings if required
• Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence
• Fluent with calendar & task management tools
• Performing administrative/operational duties
• Liaising and negotiations with agents, partners, companies and 3rd parties, maintaining good relationships
•Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets
• Booking tickets and hotels for the groups
• Maintaining databases
• Creating reports
• Any other responsibilities as and when required
Specific qualifications:
• Preferably degree holder, in any field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Superb organizational skills
• Fluent in written & verbal English, Arabic is an advantage
• Preferably with Russian Language
• Microsoft office & other productivity management tools
Demands of the position:
• Required to work long hours and proactiveness
• The role may be varied at times, and you will need to adapt quickly
• Work under pressure, used to working to strict deadlines and ever-changing schedules

• Salary starting from BHD 400 - as per your experience and upon performance after probation period
