DescriptionPosition at KeyadeRole Title & Location:Senior Performance Executive, DubaiAs senior performance executive, you will be responsible for supporting with Social and Paid Search campaign management. You will be participating in the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of across the agencys accounts. You will provide support to the extended local performance and ad operations team working to develop the operational capabilities within the agency.Core responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing the operations and trafficking of digital campaigns including biddable media.\xc2\xb7 Manage end to end campaign operations and technical implementation including tag management, tracking architecture.\xc2\xb7 Ad trafficking, inventory management, QA creative tags and sending screenshots to clients.\xc2\xb7 Tracking reports (DFA, MediaMind), and campaign optimizations.\xc2\xb7 Post-campaign process tracking, management, IO reconciliation, and final reports and work with the billing department.\xc2\xb7 Projects manage the implementation of all custom ad campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate with client campaign owners to secure advertising assets, troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Manage relationships publisher ops teams for QA and trafficking for media executions.\xc2\xb7 Manage media owner specs and keep up to date with new advertising technologies.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring delivery of performance targets for clients.\xc2\xb7 Delivery and analysis of weekly performance reports.\xc2\xb7 Oversee and develop campaign analysis and provide clients with strategic recommendations.\xc2\xb7 Develop and update monthly media plans for pacing.\xc2\xb7 Attend weekly status and monthly status meetings.\xc2\xb7 Analyse engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.\xc2\xb7 Creating measurement framework for set KPIs\xc2\xb7 Creation and optimization of paid social campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Reporting and analysis of paid media and audience analysis.Required skills / experience:\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a media performance role.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge across all platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Google Analytics, Snapchat, Tiktok and Twitter ads are essential for this role.\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge and experience in Paid Social and Paid Search.\xc2\xb7 A real team player.\xc2\xb7 Ability to take responsibility for own work; to make sure that others deliver in support of you if required.\xc2\xb7 Quick to learn, and keen to develop.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Ability to fit into the character of the company whilst still bringing individuality.
