Keyade is part of GroupM, WPP\'s media investment group and the world\'s leading media investment company with a mission to shape the next era of media where advertising works better for people.As a Performance Associate Director, you will have a pivotal role within the agency team, leading the strategy and operations on some of our largest accounts, and managing a team of passionate and curious managers and executives. Working with the General Manager, you require a strong understanding of all digital channels, understanding how digital fits into the overall client strategy, planning based on real outcomes like revenue and ROI and strong communication skills to develop relationships with their clients.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Client Leadership:

Understand the business and competitive landscape, and develop a vision and strategy across all client business and markets.
Consistently communicate with senior-level client stakeholders to deliver solutions and strategies that effectively and efficiently build business value. Build relationships based on trust and real partnership.
Collaborate with team members to ensure strategies are aligned with the team\'s overall vision and operating model.
Provide a clear vision for annual achievements and have a clear plan regarding timelines, delivery, and targets.
Ensure the team delivers best-in-class client servicing across your book of accounts.
Agency Growth:
Support with new business pitches.
Retain and identify opportunities for growth across a portfolio of clients under your remit.
Support with case studies, thought leadership, and awards.
Drive innovation and automation across all disciplines and clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Account Management
Take accountability for budgets and performance targets, focusing on how to consistently achieve clients\' targets.
Develop specific audience strategies and utilize 1P data to drive growth and personalization, as well as reducing wasted spend.
Identify best practice digital techniques and tools to support campaigns and optimization.
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and strategies.
Understand client products and commercial objectives as well as clients themselves
Strong project management against deadlines
Be aware of campaign performance, proactively addressing potential performance issues
Work with managers to control workflow and resource allocation, prioritising where necessary and managing client expectations
People Management:
Manage a direct people team to develop, motivate, direct, and support team members, ensuring appropriate resourcing on the accounts.
Act as custodian of the quality of work delivered to clients.
Enable and empower teams to deliver on our excellence promise.
Support in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent.
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing.
Robust experience managing medium to large accounts.
Strong leadership skills and operational ability.
Deep knowledge and passion for digital marketing.
Proven strategic and planning skills.
Experience working with performance marketing tools such as Google Marketing Platforms SA360, Google Analytics, Social Management Tools and CDPs.
Strong people management skills, able to adapt your working style according to the different personas in your team and be an effective mentor.
Possess a data and analytics mindset: deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, tracking, tech stack, and measurement.
An effective communicator who can articulate thoughts in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of where Paid Search and Paid Social fits within the larger marketing mix
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook ads, Snap ads, Tik Tok ads, etc.
Proficient in Google Marketing Platform environment: Certification across Search and Social platforms preferred
