Job Summary

We are currently hiring Key Account Sales Representative for UAE.

Job Type / Category

• To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value
• Achieve budgeted Receivables (DSO) objectives for their territory.

Trade:

• To maintain harmonious PR with trade (all levels) and prompt & efficient customer service at all times
• 100% compliance to journey plans
• Participate in all team-working and be an effective team-player at all times.
• To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our

market share & planograms)

• To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and also explore secondary visibility

opportunities to have dominance.

• To ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical skus in every outlet with adequate

stock-pressure.

• To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.
• To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same.
• To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
• To effectively coordinate with merchandising team to ensure good execution at all times .
• To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
• To execute all promotional/activation etc as per targeted norms/timelines.
• Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
• To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)

OTHER:

• To rigorously follow all SOPs with regard to inventory management, reporting, timings, HR, office

discipline & protocol etc).

• To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade, familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Age: Maximum 35 years
• Full understanding of dynamics of FMCG products/trade
• Good negotiator with strong perseverance skills
• Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc)
• Solid communication (particularly Listening) skills in English/Hindi (& preferably Malayalam)
• Driving licence
• Efficient, Multi-tasker, Creative thinker, Result-Oriented with good Problem Solving & People skills

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
