Key Accounts Sales Executive - Luggage
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Sales Executive specializing in luggage to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales, and maximizing revenue within the luggage sector. Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the luggage industry.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
6. Forecasting: Forecast sales volumes and track performance metrics to evaluate progress towards targets.
7. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they meet customer needs.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and product development to support sales initiatives.
9. Travel: Occasional travel to meet with key accounts, attend trade shows, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on luggage or related products.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luggage market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Analytical Abilities: Proficient in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
