What You Will Do: Must possess solid problem solving & interpersonal skills. Submit all invoices (mainly key account such as Aramco, Maaden, and SABIC) in a prompt and courteous manner. Manage all internal/external communications with sales and key customer accounts. Follow up for GRs/SESs for Aramco, SABIC, and Maaden and resolve any problem related to invoice (internally and externally). Maintain working knowledge of invoices cycle and ZATCA requirements. Archive documentations (invoices, delivery notes, and contracts). Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to sales and finance. Maintain a good relationship with sales and key customers.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office. #li-imea
