Job Description

The Key Account Manager is a pivotal role within the Perfume & Cosmetics industry, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market dynamics and be adept at negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients.Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and meet client demands.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts and account status.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales within key accounts.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in account management.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the perfume or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a keen understanding of market trends.
