Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to fulfil the customer requirements and contractual obligations. Ensure the relationship with the customer is satisfying and their business with DSV is growing on a continuous business. * Managing the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promoting the partnership between key customers and DSV.
  • Growing and expanding the business with key accounts through cross selling, volume growth and regional expansion.
  • Fulfilling all key accounts requirements and expectations in Abu Dhabi and regionally whenever needed.
  • Resolving all operational and financial issues pertaining to assigned accounts.
  • Working closely with Operations Departments and regional DSV offices and harmonizing the services and agreements offered to Key accounts.
  • Proposing solutions that minimize waste and increase the quality of processes.
  • Controlling operational costs and financial exposure of assigned key accounts while at the same time meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
  • Possessing knowledge of chemical components, solutions, and mixtures.
  • Understanding safe handling procedures of chemicals.
  • Developing and implementation of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials.
  • Reporting to sales management on key accounts issues, revenues growth plans, action plans to resolve outstanding issues.
