This role involves developing strategic account plans, addressing client needs and concerns, and collaborating with other departments to deliver cohesive service. Additionally, Sales Accounts Managers track and analyse sales performance, negotiate contracts, and stay informed about market trends to effectively communicate the value of the company\'s products or services.What you will do?
- Establish a positive first impression and build trust with new clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to understand their needs and preferences.
- Tailor interactions and solutions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
- Accurately forecast sales and revenue based on client potential and market conditions.
- Identify opportunities to expand the company\'s footprint within existing accounts through additional products or services
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Recognize and pursue new market segments or industries where the company\'s offerings can be beneficial.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans.
- Conducting regular account reviews and performance assessments
- Stay informed about competitors\' offerings and strategies to effectively position the company\'s products.
- Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics and account status.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance in partnership with the HR.

- 10- 15 years of experience managing large multiple fire protection Projects, preferably in the GCC.
- An electrical/ mechanical engineering degree
- Excellent knowledge of Contract Conditions, Health and Safety Regulations, Local Authorities Requirements for the Projects.
- Conversant with International Standards and specifications for construction, ISO Standards .
