Job Responsibilities:
. Report directly to Regional Strategic Director - Energy sector / Oil & Gas / Renewable. . Develop and implement a clear Account Strategy for one of Fugro' s Oil & Gas clients in Qatar. . Focus on strategic account, business development and sales of the entire Business lines and Services lines services to Position Fugro as a strategic and trusted Partner. . Develop and manage an action plan, for the account to support all Fugro' s Business & Service lines. . Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned key account within Oil & Gas industry. . Strong knowledge and understanding of the oil & Gas Market in Qatar . Develop a short-term & long-term planning for the strategic account. . Understanding of Clients Strategy, direction and ambitions . Initiate and expand the existing relationship, pursing key opportunities and driving adoption of new innovations and to become a trusted partner with Oil & Gas Clients. . Strong Network and connections with the clients in Qatar at all levels Technical and Commercially . Build a strategic relationship with the client Sr. Management stakeholders. . Manage all the activities in Lead to Contracts stages and make sure all are managed to provide the latest technical solutions and win the projects. . Create tangible improvement in annual awarded revenues. . Work closely with commercial team in putting a winning strategy and provide a value driven proposal. . Early engagement with the clients' strategic projects in order to in order to provide a value-based approach. . Identify and win business opportunities prior to proposal phase to position Fugro early in the project life cycle. . Introducing the Fugro latest technical offerings and innovation which meeting clients' expectations and needs. . Delivering sales, revenue and profit targets to the business to support the wider company strategy. . Monitor projects in the Oil & Gas Market. . Running a KAM UPDATES on regular bases for regional management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 7+ years related experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Proven track record in Business development and Key account Management positions within Oil & Gas sector in Qatar including upstream and downstream.
Experience in the Oil & Gas is a must.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
