The candidate will work with the assigned UAE Retail Channel partners along with the UAE country manager to define the sales goals in their territory and then work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners to achieve those sales goals.Your contribution:Be Yourself. In this role you will:
Work with the UAE Country manager, category and marketing teams to define the annual sales quotas for your key accounts along with the sales and marketing strategies in your territory.
Identify, develop and maintain an effective relation with the assigned Tier 2 customers in the retail channel for Gaming category and non-Gaming category in your territory
Be responsible for initiating, planning and implementing together with the T2 customers in your territory, a quarterly business plan addressing sell out by customer and activities needed to achieve the objectives
Deploy the agreed Quarterly Business Plan. Continuously monitor the deployment to ensure smooth progress. Identify issues, recommend and implement corrective measures with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners to ensure overall achievement of Quarterly Business Plan
Conduct weekly sales meetings with Tier 1 partners to keep track of sales, purchase and inventory situations along with identifying corrective/improvement actions that need to be taken
Be responsible for achieving the Sell Out Targets of the Tier 2 customers in your territory in synch with the Sell Through (DCS) targets
Regularly visit the partners in markets in your region to gather information about Logitechs sales, market visibility and availability
Collaborate with and support other KAMs in your territory to achieve the overall sales and marketing objectives of Logitech in your country
Collaborate with the marketing and trade marketing colleagues to achieve the long term brand goals for Logitech in your territory
Support the Category Managers in developing the best product offerings to the consumers in your territory
Continuously monitor the development of Logitech products in your territory in terms of market share, distribution, visibility and product mix
Continuously work with category and marketing managers to conduct trainings and seminars on Logitech products in your territory to help Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners sell Logitech products better
Provide a continuous/cohesive flow of market intelligence from your territory on competitor activities and pricing, market characteristics and trends, price waterfalls, benchmarking reports, distribution and visibility
Increase the Value and Volume of Logitech products sold through the identified Key Tier 2 customers in your territory
Define the listings together with the Tier 1 customers for the key Tier 2 customers in your territory. Monitor the listings and stock levels at the key Tier 2 customers to minimize overstocking and shortage situations
Manage all the resources (if available, like merchandisers/promoters) to help the Tier 2 customers - regardless if the resources are Logitech, Tier 1 customers or third party. That includes but is not limited to, the selection processes, assessment of performance and needed corrective actions, scheduling of timings, routing plans, training (through the marketing manager or if need be, by yourself), promotional briefing and implementation, data collection, timely flow and quality of reports being generated by these resources etc.
