Strategically drives total profitable revenue and market share growth for the assigned hotels and leisure segments.
Negotiating leisure group and transient leisure business for all resort hotels within the region in accordance with the sales business plan.
Actively account managing key clients and sourcing new business opportunities.
The job incumbent should be active, proactive, analyzing, and achieving results in every respect.
All work will be in line with the regions guidelines, business plan, The Radisson Hotel Group corporate guidelines and service concepts.
To support and work alongside the Regional Director of Sales, hotel Director of Sales and other sales teams of designated areas to drive strategic commercial activity.
Drive performance and market share.
Represent Radisson Hotel Group at meetings and trade shows as requested.
Requirements of the Key Account Manager, Leisure: -3 Years experience as a Hotel Director of Sales and in Key Account Management.-4 Years experience in Hotel Industry -Strong managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style -Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry -Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required -Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy -Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms -Strong communication skills"Radisson Hotel Group is a leading hospitality company serving as a true host and best partner to guests, owners, business partners and talent.
