This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge products, engage with top-tier medical professionals, and contribute to improving patient outcomes.The position will report directly to sales manager - Gulf and will be based in UAE. This position will be accountable for Hematology/ Nephrology portfolio.The right candidate would need to develop and maintain relationship with KOLs, presenting information to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient Identification numbers are met. Additionally, this position will drive patient identification and reimbursement, sustain the patients on treatment.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth in hematology and nephrology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
Provide product education and support to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal use of our solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and support customer needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
University Degree of pharmaceutical science.
Resident in UAE with transferable residency and valid driving license.
Minimum two years experience in commercial/ access position in multinational bio/pharmaceutical company is a must.
Experience with Hematologists and or Nephrologists is mandatory.
Excellent presentation, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in negotiation of prices and conditions with Hospital Pharmacists and other key budget holders.
Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
