  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Present Pearson's solutions to potential customers and conduct tailored product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts to achieve sales targets.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for technology and online learning solutions.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized learning solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between Pearson and the market, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide market insights to shape Pearson's corporate learning solutions.
  • Contribute to bids with ministries and large educational institutions.
  • Track sales performance and ensure accurate CRM data management.

3+ years of B2B sales experience in solution selling.
Consultative sales experience with a strong closing record.
Experience in education or publishing industry (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.IT & Digital ProficiencyStrong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (preferred).LanguagesFluent in English (required); Arabic language fluency is preferable.
