Main Duties:
Ensures the highest standards are delivered in meeting room set-ups,
To discuss on a regular basis with Departmental Managers product/food specifications, menu changes, product innovation, fashion/trends and apply these in practice.
Drives organic growth and the long term goals
To promote innovation and present new ideas to the Area Manager/ Client
To oversee operation of Departments and discuss general performance.
To oversee the quality of food, presentation and service.
Regularly reviews teamxe2x80x99s training needs , development plans and performance
To oversee the service staffing levels ensuring agreed levels are provided at scheduled times with the range of products and services available.
Maintains the privacy and ensures security of all guests
To remain well informed on market and food trends and to ensure that the facilities offered are current and competitive
Role SpecificationsQualificationsEssential:
At least High school graduate
Hotel school graduate or Food and Beverage operations certificate holder
Desirable:
Hospitality Management School
ExperienceEssential:
Western Training and Western work Experience in blue chip contract catering and Luxury hotel, high-end restaurant
Career path Experience in a high end hotel 5 star or fine dining restaurant experience
Minimum 3 years HOD experience in a 5* F&B Ops or Conference & Events
Desirable:
Middle East Experience
