Key Account Manager
Requirements:
Preferred experience - 1 year or more in business development, consulting, solution selling, CRM/ERP/HRMS/SAAS/Automation/Cloud-based Software sales.
Customer support experience in a B2B - SaaS environment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Good negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly understand customer needs, establish effective cooperation.
Experience in CRM systems and IT-products.
English language skills not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
Work with FirstBit's current customer base.
Execution of productive client contact plans.
Upselling/selling services to existing clients (trainings, webinars), contract renewals and extensions,
Developing client base.
Organizing and conducting meetings and presentations on the company's products and services scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements with clients.
Develop the customer base.
Manage the CRM (Bitrix 24) data on a daily basis with meeting notes. Sales funnel updation etc.
