Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Sales & Operation Manager for Coffee Bean products for a well-known company in Italy.

He will be responsible for leading and contributing to SALES projects that drive revenue growth. The B2B Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B sales and marketing programs, implementation, and results. This person will manage both sales and marketing efforts for brand position and awareness that will later translate to sales. He/She will manage lead generation, relationship building with existing clients, overlook financial aspects that directly impact the B2B Channel. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, establish and acquire new customers in B2B channel (Office and HORECA) by following Nespresso B2B process and quality standards.
• Retain existing customers, building up a professional network
• Achievement of objectives set by Managing Director.
• Interface and guide the B2B (Customer Business Executives) to achieve B2B objectives (sales targets - acquisition customers and, build up existing networks and relationships)
• Increase business with existing customers and deliver growth in the respective area
• Overseeing, contributing and leading areas that affect financial health of the B2B channel
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Resolving key client issues and complaints.
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in a similar position of at least 3 years in B2B environment premium brand.
• University Degree
• Proven track record of results, effective selling, driving sustainable profitable growth
• Understanding business enablers, customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Effective Negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity and transparency
• Strong customer focus
• Strong team management
• English proficient, with effective interpersonal/communications skills/good at networking
• Ability to act independently while respecting company policies, guidelines and strategies
• Ability to work under pressure, energized by tough challenge

• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Able to professionally and confidently communicate with A-Level Executives.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
